Our Lady Of Lourdes Choir

The “Our Lady of Lourdes Choir” was first established in 2003 by Thao Pham under the former name of “The Saint Bernadette Choir”. The choir began when the parish recognized the need for an English Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes, and thus a choir who could sing in the English language. With great amounts of hard work, a collection of dedicated hearts, and the overwhelming grace of God the St. Bernadette Choir was able to flourish and has laid the foundations and the mission for the Our Lady of Lourdes choir today. Thao Pham conducted the choir on her own for two years and then passed down the directing position to her successors, Trang Tran and Mimi Tran, in 2005. What is unique about the Our Lady of Lourdes choir is the diversity of its members. There are singers of all different ages and ethnicities, and although they come from different backgrounds they all share one common faith, a passion for liturgical music, and a love for serving God. The choir sings for the 1:15 pm Mass every Sunday afternoon and holds rehearsals every Friday evening and Sunday morning.
